At present, we have 3 automatic production lines for inner flat emitter drip irrigation tape, 4 automatic production lines for inner continuous drip tape with double strip lines, 3 automatic production lines for PVC water hose, 1 automatic production lines for EVA spring hose ,and other 1 automatic production lines for PE pipe .The average output can be reached 1,100,000 meters per day.the products have been exported to Ukrain , Russian , Iran , Bulgaria , Brazil , Japan etc, and more than 20 other countries.
In 2011, our company successfully developed: production line for inner continuous dripper with double strip lines, the key parts of the production line are all imported. The key control parts supplied by ABB DC550 Drives, Schneider Circuit Breaker, Contactor, Fatek PLC Servo. The production line have these features:high-efficient production speed, stable performance, convenient maintenance, friendly man-machine interface, digital monitor, easy operation, produce various specifications without shutting down. The product is superior to similar products in anti-clog and flow uniformity. This production line can be installed optionally on-line monitoring parts to ensure product quality, reduce the intensity of operators.
